Full Circle Virtual Retreat
Hello there lovelies!
I’m very excited to announce my Full Circle Retreat on Wednesday December 18 from 10 am to 4 pm.
This gorgeous respite from the hustle bustle of the holiday season will be a time for us to connect and bring our year…full circle.
My intentions for this retreat are:
To gather a powerful group of likeminded women together (there is power in numbers)
To lead you in a dynamic and meditative process of reflection and dreaming followed by strategic and mindful planning for your year ahead.
To uncover the nuggets of wisdom and joy in the past year
To begin to weave together the threads of 2020 and beyond.
To leave at peace with our 2019s and with clarity and excitement for 2020

The cost for this virtual retreat is $495 with payment plans available.
We will have time for individual reflection and group sharing, and I will be leading you in guided meditation and some gentle movement for a day that is as experiential as possible.
In the past when I have hosted this kind of retreat, I have made both in person and virtual tickets available. I will do the same with this one.
If you are in/near NYC you are welcome to join me in Manhattan from 10-4 but you are equally as welcome to join me online.
