The Coaching Collective was created by Lauren Fritsch  in response to the needs of the marketplace. After running her own solo coaching practice for four years, her corporate clients requested coaching on a larger scale than she alone could provide. Lauren reached out to her mentors and colleagues in the industry to bring together some of the most innovative coaches in the world. She created a team that adapts to client needs and provides flexible coaching that emphasizes return on investment.

We came together to provide comprehensive solutions for clients who want their employees to experience the power of coaching as well as realize the measurable impact that coaching has on performance, retention, morale, and the bottom line.

Lauren created LifeShifted.com with her partner-in-business-crime, Racheal Cook, to be a destination website for young women entrepreneurs. As young business owners themselves, they found a lack of resources and support for their work and work/life balance.
