Why I hate the word potential

Ok, so here's the deal: I hate the word potential. I think it royally sucks. What six year old or 15 year old or 37 year old wants to hear they have a lot of potential?

It's code for "you're not good enough."

I say, "Bump that!"

After living like I was close to (but notquite) living up to my potential, I realized that only if I own my power in the present moment will I exceed that potential trap.

Let me break it down:

Presence + Power = Surpassing Potential.

It's simple, but not always easy.
