  1. I want coaching to hurt- but just a tiny bit. Meaning I want you to get out of your comfort zone but not so far out that your limbic brain freaks out. I don’t think change requires chaos.

  2. You get to set the pace. Some people want rapid change in a few days, four weeks, three months. Others want a LTR (long term relationship) as they navigate big shifts over time- one year is common. I have four options to meet you where you are.

  3. You get me- my undivided attention, experience, and network during our time together to focus on what is most important to you. If you want to do a one off session to see how we vibe you can book that below. Otherwise, scroll down to see packages.
